How much time do I need each week?

Expect to devote about 2 hours per week. This includes our live session, reflection prompts, and any light implementation work between our calls. The program is designed to fit into a full life, not take it over.

What if I miss a live session?

We record all live coaching sessions and share them with you via a link sent to the email address on file after the session. If you can’t attend in real time, you can watch the replay and still complete the reflection prompts to stay on track with the cohort.

Is this right for me if I’m already in therapy or working with a coach?

Yes. This program is not therapy and does not replace it. Many participants work with a therapist or coach alongside Choose You First. We focus on emotional intelligence, boundaries, and calendar design in the context of your professional career as a leader andyour daily life.

What’s the difference between the $1,500 and $14,500 tuition?

Both tuition levels include the full 6-week curriculum, live group sessions, materials, and community access. The $14,500 option also includes additional 1:1 executive coaching support for more personalized guidance and integration and is priced as group coaching for department teams.

Will this help if my main stress is at home, not just at work?

Yes. While many clients are senior leaders, our tools apply to both work and home. We address emotional labor, family expectations, and the invisible load, so your boundaries and energy are protected in every part of your life.

What happens after the 6 weeks are over?

You’ll leave with a clear boundary framework, a re-architected calendar, and practical tools you can keep using. You’ll also receive guidance on maintaining your new daily lifestyle rhythms, and you may be invited to optional follow-up offerings or alumni experiences.
